Professional Service (PS) includes:
- An estimation of 1 man-day for the service
- Fully dedicated staff within the allocated time slot
- Comprehensive technical support
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a day from our team, containing the planned date for the Professional Services.

Assigned technical staff will perform the following duties:
- Operation, control and configuration of security products
- Solving problems related to security products, applying the patches, performing version upgrades
- Monitoring the flawless operation of security system components
- Checking that the security products are running with the most up-to-date signatures
- Reflecting the changes in the company's systems to the security documentation (topology, access information, inventory, etc.)
- Periodic evaluation of security components by considering at least the following topics:
· System resources (Ram, Disk, Processor, Network interface etc.) usage
· Log management and reporting settings
· Configuration backup and recovery
· Configuration optimization and compliance with recommended configurations
· Licensed and unused features, if any
· Current patch and release versions
· Current capacity usage
